If you received incorrect/damaged merchandise, we will provide you with a replacement in the store within 7 business days of purchase date, otherwise you will need to follow up with the manufacturer's limited warranty. We do not cover damage for or from OtterBox or LifeProof products Repair Policies
On repairs, we strive to repair devices as quickly as possible, in some cases, depends on parts availability. Once notification is made information the device is repaired, we expect prompt pick up and payment. In the event the unit is not picked up in 30 days form notification, iSupply reserves the right to sell the device for the balance due and the owner of the device will not receive the device, any deposit and/or compensation for the device. Special order parts will require approximately 7 business days to obtain. If we receive a defective or damaged part it will be returned right away for replacement. If your device has been damaged by a liquid (water) it will require 24 hours drying period from the time we receive it. Apple Watch Repair Policies
iSupply is not responsible if your device is no longer waterproof or water resistant after repairs. As stated by Apple in the document referenced below.
"Water resistance isn't a permanent condition and may diminish over time. Apple Watch can't be rechecked or resealed for water resistance. The following may affect the water resistance of your Apple Watch and should be avoided: - Dropping Apple Watch or subjecting it to other impacts.
- Exposing Apple Watch to soap or soapy water, for example while showering or bathing.
- Exposing Apple Watch to perfume, solvents, detergent, acids or acidic foods, insect repellent, lotions, sunscreen, oil, or hair dye.
- Exposing Apple Watch to high velocity water, for example while water skiing.
- Wearing Apple Watch in the sauna or steam room."
